Court Ordered Evaluation

At VonCare our Licensed Psychologists are trained to perform court ordered evaluations and will work with you as well as all parties involved to provide you with the most favorable outcome. We will gather all information necessary via clinical interview as well as other assessment procedures and compose a letter or report depending on the case-related criteria. Please be aware that these type of evaluations, in most cases, have strict guidelines in terms of the credentialing of provider(s) performing the evaluations. Only a Licensed Psychologist or Psychiatrist should perform these type of evaluations. Often times, individuals will have an evaluation conducted by a non-Licensed Psychologist/Psychiatrist and it will not be recognized by the court system due to the provider’s lack of proper credentials. This can lead to the individual seeking the evaluation to undergo multiple evaluations which can be costly and time consuming.
